Dr Rachel Gibbons

I am a psychiatrist, group analyst, and psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. Trained at the Tavistock Clinic, I have worked as a consultant in the NHS and as the National Director of Therapies for the Priory. My expertise includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and Mentalisation.
I provide a safe environment for you to explore challenges, improve authentic relationships, and enhance joy and creativity. As a member of the GMC and BPS, I focus on open, honest dialogue, addressing complex topics like suicide and bereavement.
